I recently sat through curriculum night at my daughter's school and I have to say, I was completely fried. Now, I understand why they are scouring the pantry as soon as they get home. School is exhausting! Bark is fun to eat and this one is healthier than it's chocolate cousin. It's made with greek yogurt, raspberries and pistachios. My daughter made this and she opted for vanilla yogurt, but you could easily use any flavor or plain as well. Just watch out for the brain freeze!
