Pressure cooker chicken bone broth

9/12/2017

A good broth is the base for many soups, rice dishes and sauces.  This basic recipe uses the pressure cooker so you don't need to linger around your stove for hours.  Add different flavors such as ginger or garlic depending on what you might be using it for, or leave it as is!  Broth is great for your skin and digestive tract so make it in batches and keep it stocked in the freezer.  Yes, pun intended!

Time: 1 hour
Level: Easy
Servings: 9 cups
